  • Hyo Kim is my name. I am a faculty member of Digital Media Division at Ajou University. My research interests include computer-mediated communicaiton, interactive television (aka iptv here in Korea), mobile communication, organizational communication and social network analysis. Even though these interests seems dispersed, mainly they are technology, organization, and research methods. For more information about my academic interests and works, pleave see my vitae.
  • My life should be dispersed among researching, teaching, and photograph (and some other things that have been diminishing slowly — baduk, playing guitar, etc.). Although time does not permit all of these (especially in Korea), I want keep my life in this way.
  • I am using Google Apps service, which means that I own this domain but do not have particular daemon setups. I deeply admire the designers of the Internet, who have collectively worked its open architecture, and would like to keep it (and other new media such as IPTV) that way.
